The Franklyn Hotel B&B - Blackpool

The Franklyn served up a good breakfast that was scrumptious! I can't stop raving about how cute the hosts were and how beautifully the room was decorated. It felt just right for a comfy stay!

The only thing that could've made it even better would be a little mini fridge in the room. We love our cuppa and the kids like a drink overnight, but we had to make do with milk and pop in the sink, a bit cheeky.

Everything was super clean hotel with accommodating hosts.

I found the shared bathroom situation quite inconvenient as it felt cramped and added unneeded stress, especially during peak hours. The lack of a mini fridge in the room made it difficult to store drinks overnight for my kids, forcing us to keep milk and soda in the sink, not ideal. The creaky bunk beds disrupted our sleep due to our kid's movements, which left us feeling unrested during our short visit.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay with good breakfast options and comfortable beds. The hosts were cute and knowledgeable, helping us feel right at home. We found the shared bathroom situation somewhat inconvenient and wished for a mini fridge in the room to store drinks for the kids.

Families will feel right at home

The hosts were friendly especially when they accommodated my two kids so well. Breakfast had a good variety even for a vegetarian like me.

It wasn't the cheapest stay but honestly worth it.

Lisa and Mark were really good hosts, making our stay cute and enjoyable. The bathroom situation was inconvenient without an en-suite.

I stayed for two nights in a family room while exploring the nearby attractions like the Coral Island and Blackpool Tower. The room was beautifully decorated and homely, making our stay very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the good selection of tea and coffee available, as well as the delicious and fresh breakfast. It was also great that there was a car park just across the road, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking.

Fantastic Room and Wonderful Hosts

The family room was spacious and just perfect for us, and the beds were comfortable, made for a good night's sleep. Lisa and Mark were so accommodating, even going out of their way to ensure I had delicious gluten-free bread for breakfast each morning. It's just a short walk from the main attractions. The only downside was needing to share the bathroom, but everything was clean and tidy.

A cozy haven in Blackpool

Each morning was a delight, waking up to a scrumptious breakfast, while Lisa and Mark's hospitality were great. The little bar area was perfect for unwinding after a day out, sharing laughs and stories with fellow guests....  

Staying at this B&B with 20 family members was fantastic! The hosts were cute, and the breakfast hit the spot. Plus, it's just a short walk to the seafront and close to the Opera House Theatre-definitely a prime spot for family fun....  

Staying in the Family Room with Shared Bathroom was a treat! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were surprisingly comfy, and we had a lovely view. Love that they had tea, coffee, and biscuits ready for us. Mark and Lisa were super accommodating, asking if we needed anything. Only downside was having to share the bathroom with other guests, a tad inconvenient, but overall, we really enjoyed the stay!

The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and a great deal. I felt right at home with the warm hospitality from lisa and mark.
